HVAC Leak

This property had a mis-installed HVAC unit. The tenants didn’t know it was leaking until the ceiling collapsed during the first major storm of the year. We had the property tested for lead and asbestos, then we removed all of the damaged materials. When we arrived, the tenants had taped tarps everywhere to hopefully prevent any damage. We worked with the landlord’s insurance company to identify and isolate all of the wet areas for removal. We worked for several days moving items, removing materials, and cleaning up. The tenants were very happy to be back in their condo after we were finished!
