Granite Bay Mold

Like we've mentioned before, we are seeing a TON of mold growth around Northern California! The winter rain really set in by creeping through our crawlspaces and roofs. Here we have a basement used for dry storage in Granite Bay. The crawlspace collected quite a lot of water causing this water way underneath of the home. It made it's way all through the finished basement, causing the carpet and walls to mold in a short amount of time. Thankfully, they called SERVPRO of El Dorado Hills/Placerville for their restoration and mitigation needs. We make it "Like it never even happened."
