SERVPRO and Hurricane Harvey

On August 25th, 2017, Louisiana and Texas coasts were hit by a massive Category 4 strength hurricane we now refer to as Hurricane Harvey. Once the storm landed on the coast, it quickly spread to Mississippi and Tennessee, making it the largest hurricane to hit the United States!

Thankfully, SERVPRO is a large corporation with many franchises scattered about the United States and Canada. Our corporate office dispatched our Disaster Recovery Teams shortly after the hurricane hit in preparation for damage repairs and cleanup. Currently, we have over 400 franchise teams helping with restoration and mitigation and multiple franchises are dispatching every day to the scene! SERVPRO’s motto is “Faster to any sized disaster”, and as a team, we will bring forth our best efforts to restore these states back to their normal conditions. Disasters can’t be prevented, however, with restoration teams all around the world, we will rebuild and make it “Like it never even happened.”
